RedGo breakdown service

Alltrucks is expanding its service network for Eastern European fleet customers with RedGo, an experienced breakdown and towing service provider from Lithuania (formerly Falck). The company is looking for workshops to take on mobile assignments and on-site repairs for trucks and trailers.

Procedure in the event of a claim:

  1. RedGo contacts participating workshops directly by e-mail(trucks@redgo.lt) or by telephone (+370 521 07739).

  2. The workshop accepts the vehicle (usually within 10-15 minutes) and prepares an offer by e-mail after the diagnosis.

  3. RedGo obtains a payment guarantee from the customer and places the repair order.

  4. Invoicing is exclusively net (excluding VAT) to RedGo Lithuania.
